Automated Email Reports

Order Dispatch can automatically email you one or more reports at the end of each business day to keep you up to date on the comings and goings of your account on a day-to-day basis. They can be sent to one or multiple different email address, and each report can have a different set of email addresses associated with it. You can choose which days you would like to receive the reports, and whether you would like them in a CSV or XLS format.

These settings can be accessed via Settings --> Subscribe Events. You will see a list of pre-defined email reports to choose from, along with a description of each one:

To subscribe to a particular report, click on the slider in the 'Subscribe' column, and you will be presented with a selection of options:

You can choose whether you would like to receive the reports on set day(s) of the week:

Or a particular day of the month:

Some reports contain information for a set amount of time, eg, 24 hours, 7 days, so you can choose the report frequency that best suits that report, and your particular use case.

Multiple email address should be separated with the 'pipe' character (shift+\):

Once you have chosen all the reports you need, click Save at the bottom, and you will start receiving them from that day onwards.
